If your’ loved one has just arrived to a facility from a county facility they will most likely be in Reception Status and are not eligible to receive packages. Please make sure that they are no longer in Reception Status before you order a package. We will not be responsible for packages returned if they are in Reception Status. If you are uncertain of their status please contact the facility or wait until you hear from your' loved one.

Attention: Please make sure that you select your Free Bonus Item before you complete your order, we are not responsible if an order is shipped without a free item due to your failure to select the free item. The Bonus item needs to be selected from the section on the lower right hand side, please do not add it to the order like the other products, if you do the system will charge you for that item.
